Mignon Remé is an actor and director. She received her theatrical training in New York City where she also first got hooked on improvisation. Back in Hamburg, Germany she co-founded hidden shakespeare (25 years ago this year!) Ever since she’s been performing with hidden shakespeare at festivals from Amsterdam to Zimbabwe with Hamburg as their beloved home base – check hidden shakespeare. Apart from that she’s appeared in quite a few television shows, movies and plays – for more details check Mignon Remé. She has also co-written and directed several plays in Hamburg and Lübeck and has produced two improvised films – „Heiligabend mit Hase“ and „Ein Endspiel“ with her production company HIDDEN HITCHCOCK in which she also performed – for more info check HIDDEN HITCHCOCK. Mignon also teaches Improvsiation at the Technical University of Hamburg.

„DRAMATURGY IN LONGFORM“ 11 am – 2 pm
This workshop is for improvisers with longform experience (intermediate and advanced) who want to experiment with and improve the quality of the narrative, character development and the arc of suspense. This may sound very theoretical but is actually a very hands on approach to telling good stories for 30 minutes or longer.
